Industrial Floor Joint Sealing

We are the preferred sealant contractor for Stanford Flooring and ABS Brymar who are two of the largest concrete companies in the UK. With many years of experience we are able to provide a service second to none when dealing with large projects such as distribution centres for Amazon, Sainsburys etc and will always go that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sanitary Sealing

Areas such as bathrooms, swimming pools, shower rooms, toilets and kitchens all need to have their sanitaryware fixtures and fittings sealed to prevent the ingress of water. As with all finished areas the sealant joints are an integral part of the decorative finish and our operatives are trained to a high standard to ensure we fulfil our clients expectations.

Fuel Resistant Sealing

On areas such as Petrol forecourts, airport hardstandings, cargo and oil terminals we use the installation of high performance, pitch free concrete sealants which are resistant to fuel, oil and hydraulic fluids which ensure that disruptions due to maintenance are kept to a minimum.

Window and Door Sealing

With new building regulation Part L, all new buildings require an air permeability test to ensure a minimum air permeability of 10m/3. To ensure this any openings on the buildings envelope have to be sealed correctly and with the correct sealant to prevent air leakage.

Natural Stone

Marble, granite or limestone must be sealed with an appropriate sealant to prevent the staining/bleeding occurring. Phoenix Sealants can provide a range of sealants that can seal porous natural stone as well as maintaining a fungicide and UV protection which will not leech/bleed into the stone.

Projects

Here are some of our projects we have undertaken recently.

London Taxi Company

On this project we sealed the 3 storey office block which entailed all internal windows, tiled areas, sanitaryware, door architrives and skirting boards. The external concrete hardstanding for the main contractor Winvic, as well as the internal concrete floor for Stanfords. Project Value £120m

Hagley One

Birmingham

We completed the 271 luxury apartments on behalf of Colmore Tang Construction, Phoenix Sealants were required to seal to all internal fixtures and fittings and the job was completed on time and on budget.

H&M Distribution Centre

Rugby Gateway

We completed the sealant works to all internal fixtures and fittings to the offices on behalf of Winvic and sealed the internal concrete floor for Stanfords. Phoenix sealants also sealed the external concrete hardstanding. Project value £8.5m

Snow Hill

Birmingham

We undertook this project on behalf of Simco EFS. Our work involved the use of a mast climber and MEWP’s to seal 750m2 of slate which was attached to the external of the building to a height of 70m. We also completed works on behalf of W B Simpsons to the internal marble floors. Project value £50m

The Landmark

Merry Hill complex

We completed the 181 new homes on behalf of Colmore Tang Construction, we were required to seal the sanitaryware in each bathroom and kitchen and also seal all internal fixture and fittings and the external windows which required the use of a MEWP.

The Helix

Selly Oak

We completed this 350 bed student accommodation on behalf of Winvic Construction. Our scopes of works included external windows and brickwork, also sealing all internal fixtures and fittings including bathrooms, kitchens and internal windows and skirtings.
